The short version
We collect only what an order requires: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (for freight appointments), and vehicle details you choose to share (e.g., VIN for a fitment check). We never sell your data. We don't run ad trackers beyond basic, anonymous traffic analytics.
What we collect and why

- Us — to fulfill your order and honor the warranty
- Freight carriers — the address and phone needed for delivery
- PayPal — payment processing, under their own privacy policy
No one else. No data sales, no marketing lists, no third-party ad networks receiving your purchase history.
Retention & your rights
Order records are kept as long as needed for warranty purposes (60-day warranty + dispute windows) and tax obligations. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time: support@hoodsmithco.com. We honor verified requests within 30 days.

This site uses no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, a single Google Analytics cookie may be set; you can block it in your browser without affecting any site function.
